We've begun to notice that our current approach to parenting is not working: We're Shooting our kids in the foot by making them the center of our universe, because Child-centered families create anxious, exhausted parents and demanding, entitled kids who act out. This is crucial because as these self-absorbed kids enter the Workplace, America's global leadership may be seriously compromised. It's also ruining our intimacy in marriages.
