Misty Vonage is very new to the porn biz so bio worthy information is scarce at the moment. What I can tell you about her though is that she has star potential and is destined for big things in the industry. Her big appetite for sex is evident when you watch her scenes, you can tell she loves her job. Look for more of this new starlet as she'll be a instant favorite Subscribe this model ...

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Internet-based phone company Vonage Holdings Corp failed last week to seal a crucial $215 million private debt financing deal, and had to again extend the deadline for exclusive negotiations with a private financier. ...

I see Vonage is offering 2 different TA's - the V Portal and an recon Moto VT214RB. What is/are the merits of paying $10 more for a V Portal TA when a free option is available? I don't want the routing functions, can I run either one behind my Netgear WPN824 router? Is there a list of incompatible phones for either of these TA's? I am working towards dropping AT&T Callvantage and moving my number to Vonage. ...

I'm in the process of getting Vonage installed. I also plan to move in the next 2 years. Assuming that I still have Vonage and you can still move your number as-is, as they say they can I will wind up with a 'local' # in NY with NC area code. For me I don't care, unlimited is unlimited. But does that mean that all local inbound calls will be billed to the caller as long distance? ...

I am today an AT&T CV customer - 2 lines. One is paid by my company and one is private and I pay for. The service on my private line is miserable to nonexistent. The list of problems is too long to go into here. Oddly though the other line is adequate and/or, it's just mine so I don't care. Long story boring, I want to dump CV for the private line and am looking at Vonage. Here is the question - can Vonage coexist with another VoIP line from another provider to the same physical address (home address)? I will have 2 different TA's ostensibly behind my router. I know I have sufficient bandwidth and my router is tweaked for the appropriate port forwarding (for AT&T at any rate) Is anyone or has anyone been in a similar situation and has it worked for them. If not, what where the specific problems? Thanks. ...

I've used Vonage since 2004. It's been a great service. Reliable, great voice quality, etc. However, with the new TMobile @Home $10/month unlimited local/long distance service, I no longer need Vonage. I called about 6 weeks ago to cancel and the woman offered me higher priced plans and was totally illogical (like a 10cent/minute plan even). I succumbed to her offer of 2 free months to "reconsider" and was told to call by July 11 or be charged. Well, I called yesterday, well before July 11. I only got 1 month free, not two, and Vonage refuses to turn off my service until I pay for the month they are charging me that was supposed to be free. Be warned, Vonage is a great service, but when it's time to leave, they sure make it hard. ...

I’ve had Vonage for 5 months now and have had problems with calls to and from cell phones. A call to or from a cell phone will either drop within about 20 seconds or a connection is never made and all you get is dead air. Calls to and from every other service are fine. As I only seem to have problems with cell phones, I’m at a loss as to where to begin to trouble shoot. Anyone else have this problem? ...

I have an RTP300 Vonage device. I have employed the Esc without JAVA with browser to see the source code of the page, but under PROVISIONING, there is little helpful information. I do see the word "Provision Key" but no value like 0000 etc. The words "tftp" is not used on that page. The firmware build is 5+. Any help would be tremendously appreciated. I am a novice. ...

2-3 years ago I would never had used the words Vonage and Excellent support in the same sentence. However, a few days ago one of my 3 Vonage lines died. I checked everything (other 2 were working, all were the linksys 4 port router/Vonage box combos). Those boxes run very hot, and it seemed like the box pretty much fried. Called tech support to confirm, and as of 3 years ago I dreaded it. I remember the 45+ minute holds while being transferred to India. This time I was surprised. I easily reached a human in their phone tree, and the phone was picked up by a knowledgeable, what sounded like US based tech support agent in under 3-5 minutes. This support agent did not sound like he was reading off the a script. He realized I had reset my device, power cycled, etc a good few times and spared. He checked a few things on his end, concluded the device was defective, told me if I bought one from a retail store and called in to get it activated I'd get a $50 credit to my account (I was long past the 1 year warranty) and that was it. So I went out to best-buy, bought the Vonage v-portal (much smaller for traveling and sleeker to have on the desk anyway), and called them back the next day. The phone was then picked up in under 3-5 minutes by an extremely knowledgeable and polite US based tech support. He activated my device, credited my account, and fixed the few kinks that came along across the way. Then before just hanging out be done, he aske ...

I have a very very sporadic and occasional requirement to send receive faxes. Today I do that on another VoIP line from AT&T and I keep the bandwidth reservation switched off until I need it. Does Vonage work more or less the same way sans bandwidth reservation? Is it possible to send receive the occasional fax without having to subscribe to the $10/month service - which for my use is more than going to Kinko's? ...

A decent day in tech trading, with both the Morgan Stanley “Big 35” tech benchmark and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index up from week-long lows. Maybe it’s the first day of the quarter and people are just glad the last one is over, or maybe the July 4th margaritas are going down early. I’m just glad to see a breather in the sliding Dow, as investors continue to search for a bottom. An informal sample of financial news sites today suggests that we are in a bottom, but nobody seems to sure how long it will last. Hey, at least nobody’s talking about a depression for once. Two... ...

Hello...I did a search but didn't really find my answer. I went with Vonage and because my DirecTV with Tivo receiver couldn't dial out, I moved the modem, router and Vonage box to the living room so it could dial out. I upgraded the router to wireless N and out a wireless N card in my main PC. I am still dropping signal more than I want on my main PC. So question is, what are my options for my receiver to dial out and not have to have the Vonage box in the same room? Thanks, Brian ...

Eric Savitz (Barron's) submits: Vonage (VG) disclosed in an SEC filing that it has extended the negotiation period with “a third party financing source” to provide $215 million private debt financing. Vonage first announced negotiation for the financing deal in April. At the time, the company said two-thirds of the deal would be a senior secured credit facility and the rest through convertible senior notes. Vonage plans to use the proceeds along with cash on hand to redeem $253 million in existing convertible notes which can be put back to the company on December 16. Yesterday, according to the SEC filing, Vonage and the third-party financing source “agreed to extend the exclusivity period under the non-binding letter of intent” to June 23 from June 13 to allow the potential funder “to continue to negotiate the terms of the financing.” Vonage notes that the other party has not agreed to deliver a financing commitment “and there can be no assurance that the financing will be successfully consummated.” Complete Story » ...
