Thanks for the responses. I got in contact with 'TheTechGuys' to see about the possibilty of gaining my disks back. They said ti isn't possible, but they could sell me a disk for my machine (Packard Bell) for £30/$59.95 However, they pyt me through to tech support after, and it appears that the issue i'm having with my computer is a hardware problem, most likely with the grapgics card. So I have to return my computer to PC world and give them a reference number they provided to get my machine repearied or exchanged. Thanks for the assistance though guys, the recovery disk information was most helpful, I've ordered one anyway, just in-case. ...
