Jeff Bercovici submits: How long can The New York Times continue to exist as an ink-and-paper entity? Web czar Vivian Schiller tackles that question as part of the paper's "Talk to the Times" series -- but not very convincingly. "First, newspapers are not going anywhere," writes Schller. Sunday, the penthouse loft inside was featured in the New York Times International Real Estate section... Aaron shared the loft with us this morning over at ATNY , but we wanted to bring it to the attention of our Montreal readers, too. Many of the lofts in the Unity Building are rentals and we've seen them priced around $2000 per month. Has anyone ever been inside any of the units?
