Kirk Watson (D-Austin) said on a panel at the Democratic National Convention here.  Watson, a former Austin mayor, spoke of Texas-based Dell, which was able to expand because it could distribute its products successfully. Today, Watson said, he worries that the economy can no longer expand until the nation’s infrastructure is improved.
