Rob Lowe has a little breathing room in the sexual harassment case brought by his former nanny, Jessica Gibson. A Superior Court judge threw out two of the 12 allegations made by the 24-year-old, People reports. Unfortch for him, the two charges were for alleged labor-code violations, which judge says had no legal basis. The harassment claims are still going forward, but the family seems happy anyway. "We're very pleased with today's outcome," Lowe's attorney Larry Stein said. "The Lowes have consistently denied any wrongdoing and will be vindicated. The entire family is holding up the best they can." Gibson's lawyer, John West, wasn't even fazed: "We don't consider this a setback at all; Jessica's case is still intact as a whole." With allegations that Rob groped Gibson and exposed himself to her several times, you can practically hear the dollar signs cha-chinging in West's eyes as he said that. Rob Lowe is suing his former nanny for violating a confidentiality agreement. The nanny, Jessica Gibson, countersued Rob and his wife Sheryl for sexual harassment, and a second former nanny joined by also filing a sexual harassment suit. Apparently the confidentiality agreement, that Jessica claims she never signed, has gone M.I.A. A dismissal motion has been filed on Jessica's behalf that says, "In effect, Ms. Gibson has been sued for breach of a nonexistent contract." Lowe's attorneys only said, "We'll be responding to this in court, which is the appropriate way." A source close to the Lowe family said, "Everyone who works for Rob knows that confidentiality agreements must be signed. There are plenty people who can verify that Jessica signed one. The Lowe family seems fantastic to work for. In their ongoing legal battle with former nannies accusing them of everything from unpaid wages to flagrant masturbation , new accusations have arisen. Another ex-nanny, Laura Boyce, is claiming Sheryl Lowe made racially slurred accusations when she called in sick. Sheryl, fancying herself a doctor, issued her own diagnosis revolving around fellatio and minorities. Huh. Missed that episode of House . TMZ reports: A former Lowe nanny has filed new legal papers, reiterating her most shocking claim -- that when she tried to call in sick to work one day, Sheryl Lowe yelled the reason for her illness was " she got strep throat from sucking n****r d**k.
