An administrative law judge dismissed campaign-finance complaints against Gov. UPDATE: Of course, you know by now Ritter has been chosen superintendent. Check back for details. It's looking like Jim Ritter is, indeed, going to be the 2008-09 superintendent. He was the only person to join the school board tonight behind closed doors. He came out, told the press that they had a great discussion about the district's past, present and future and said a formal announcement would come tomorrow. Board President Michelle Gadbois also said the board chose an interim but told reporters to wait until tomorrow.
