CHATHAM — At age 11, Coleton Meseke hasn’t decided whether he wants to become a photographer, FBI agent or brain surgeon when he grows up.  But for now, the rural Chatham boy said he will be satisfied if he can help America’s children lose weight and avoid becoming statistics in the nation’s Obesity epidemic.  He recently was chosen from hundreds of applicants to be one of 20 young people on the first Youth Advisory Board for the New York-based Alliance for a Healthier Generation. He said he applied and got letters of recommendation from his principal, a teacher and a former pastor of his church, Chatham United Methodist. He also went through a te ...
