What's worst of all about that, the Titans cut him . And the Titans have the worst receiving corps in the NFL. As if that weren't bad enough Williams was released by the Raiders last October. Since being drafted by the Detroit Lions as the 10th overall pick in the 2005 Draft, Williams has been released by three bad teams. All of whom questioned his work ethic. How much lower could you go? Well, your former college teammate at USC, LenDale White, could compare you to Ryan Leaf. Per the Tennessean: "No disrespect to Mike Williams, I love Mike Williams, but he is going to have show people that he is really serious about playing football,'' said running back LenDale White, who was a teammate of Williams at USC. "Unfortunately, they might be talking about him like Ryan Leaf as one of the worst draft decisions.'' Lost in the shuffle of all of this is Williams' connection to Maurice Clarett. Williams only played for two years at USC after making himself eligible for the draft in 2004. His draft status was stayed due to a ruling in the Maurice Clarett case and Williams sat out of football for a year before being selected by the Lions. He's no Clarett but together they make a pretty horrible tandem of picks. United in challenging the NFL's three year rule. Hopefully, at 24, Williams still has his signing bonus money. Because his football career may well be over. Titans cut wide receiver Williams [Tennessean] ...

Finishing second was Chad Johnson...no surprise there either! Eagle fans would gladly take either on their roster. Randy Moss and Adam Jones each also received a vote. Pro Fantasy Sports NFL Team Previews--Buffalo Bills What’s changed? The Bills have officially handed the offense over the second-year quarterback Trent Edwards after jerking both him and J.P. Losman around a bit last season. Edwards certainly appears to be more efficient, though it’ll be important for the Team to let him look deep this season. A short, fast group of receivers built for the deep game should be bolstered by the addition of second-round pick James Hardy. He scored a lot of touchdowns in college but has also gotten into a fair amount of trouble. If he can limit the ladder, his 6-6 frame could help produce plenty of the former. Of course, everyone in the passing game will have more trouble operating if Jason Peters doesn’t return to the field soon. The star left tackle skipped off-season workouts because he was unhappy with his contract and had yet to report for camp as of this writing. Even with Peters the line is nothing special, so the Team really needs him back. On defense, Buffalo added strength to the line in the form of tackle Marcus Stroud, size to the linebackers with Kawika Mitchell and talent to the secondary with first-round corner Leodis McKelvin. The 11th-overall selection looks like a good bet to start on the right side from Week 1. The unit also returns several starters from injury. Linebacker Paul Posluszny will again roam the middle after his rookie season was cut short in Week 3. Free safety Ko Simp ...
