My daughter broke the display half of her razor phone away from the key pad half. The flexiable ribbon was cut in two. I can buy a new ribbon and have gotten the key-pad side of phone apart to where ribbon plugs in but can't see how to take apart the display side of the phone. It has no screws like the other side had. Any help, suggestions appreciated! ...

Product: Motorola RAZR2 V9m Manufacturer: Motorola MSRP: $ 399.99 Lowest Historical Price: $ 0 [ History ] Introduction How many of you own or have owned a Motorola RAZR phone? Probably a lot of you, judging by the popularity of the original RAZR over the past few years. I recently had the chance to upgrade to a new phone, so I decided to give the new Motorola RAZR V9m (aka the RAZR2) a try. Check out the full review for my ruthless take on this phone. Features One of the most striking features of the V9m is the large 2.0-inch 320x240 pixel external display, which takes up a good portion of the phone's flip lid when it is closed. The main display is also 320x240 resolution, however it is slightly larger at 2.2-inches. Both displays are crisp and bright. The external screen has a touch-screen function that supports activating the onboard 2MP Camera, Music Player, or Voice Command features. Tactile feedback for the touchscreen is handled by a short vibration of the phone. The build of the phone exudes quality. It's obvious that Motorola put forth a concerted design effort into the RAZR2 in an attempt to create a successful follow-up to the original RAZR. To that end, the RAZR2 sports a seamless frame and a hardened glass front screen. The hinge is beyond beefy, with Motorola claiming that it can support a load of 120 lbs (I didn't test this claim). Call Quality The voice quality of the RAZR V9m is impre ...

Remember when Motorola was an innovator and trail-blazer in the wireless industry? Right, those days are long gone. Motorola is now looking to minimize their fiscal bleeding as they scramble to restructure their handset business back into profitable territory. Back in the day, Motorola was the first handset manufacturer to offer user-downloadable firmware updates through its [...] ...

Motorola seems to have signed a multi-device agreement with Ferrari as this is the second phone they're rolling out with the famous sports car branding. The first one, RIZR Z8 Ferrari Limited edition, we introduced back in December last year. Now, the American handset maker is reportedly working on a version of the RAZR2 V9 [...] ...

Filed under: Culture , Handsets , Motorola , GSM , EDGE , HSDPA , UMTS A Vertu it's not, but that's not stopping Motorola from borrowing Maranello's most prized symbol of speed and excess yet again. Last time around, Moto was trying its hand at reworking the Z8 into a phone befitting some of the world's most exotic cars -- an effort that we believe failed spectacularly, for the record -- and this time around it looks like the RAZR 2 V9 will be the unwitting target. Technologically, the phone's a dead ringer for its less-flashy cousin, but in terms of appearance... well, that's a whole different story, thanks to a checkered pattern on the phone's metal surface, red trim, and if we had to guess, a full range of Ferrari-themed pictures and sounds. Oh, and they've also managed to throw in a lambskin case embossed with the hallowed badge. No word on pricing, but it seems that it'll only be available in Asia and Latin America -- for a very small fraction of the price of the real thing, may we add. http://direct.Motorola.com/hellomot...uetoothconnect/ "A new reference site launched by Motorola in the UK will allow Bluetooth users to check their devices for compatibility and help with a 'plain English' guide to the pairing up of devices. The website lets you do a compatibility search from either your mobile device or with the designated accessory. According to the manufacturer, 'Motorola’s Bluetooth headsets are designed to be compatible with over 200 Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones from more than 15 manufacturers, including Nokia, Sony Ericsson, LG and Samsung, as well as Motorola devices.' 'The intention is to provide some much needed clarity to the market by creating the ultimate Bluetooth compatibility reference point,' said Steve Gaskell, General Manager, Accessories, Motorola EMEAI." It is about time someone created a site such as this. During my time slinging handsets the most frequently asked customer question was "Can you help me pair my headset?" I guess one of the downsides of creating incredibly small and useful products is that they can be a bit hard to manage and figure out. If you have an urge to learn more about the magic known as Bluetooth, than check out Motorola's new site here. ...

Yep it's another wireless Bluetooth speaker from Motorola . The specs of the MOTOROKR EQ7 don't seem to differ much from the Motorola EQ5 . They both deliver wireless music and double-up as a speakerphone with a built-in microphone. It even has the same 'lazy person' function which allows you to answer calls without moving a muscle in your over-lethargic body. ...
