When I was a guest on the StarPower Podcast, the guys requested a few songs. This was one of them. I remember playing this on the guitar controller (before I injured my finger) and just struggling in those repetitive bridge sections. Well, I still struggle with them. My left arm just tenses up in those spots. I freaked out and lost my multiplier in there (and plenty of other places), but I still got my high score on this run and I just want an excuse to play with my new video editing software :) I went a little gonzo this time with overlays, so let me know if it's annoying. But this is similar to how IBitePrettyHard does it and people don't seem to mind, or maybe even prefer it, since you can see the drumming and the game screen pretty well. You'll remember this from the Super NES days, but everything is way more fun on the computer. This baby is free and it's available for Windows AND Mac and it comes from unFun games . Yay. Don't have any music writing chops? No problem, neither do we. It makes fun noises and has cool Mario icons. 'Nuff said. The default song when you load up Mario Paint Composer is a jazzy version of your favorite video game theme song ever. But it's up to you to write the next Masterpiece. And not just any Masterpiece, you get to use pigs and cats and hearts. Best part is that when the app is loaded, everywhere you click on your computer, the sounds follow.
