I've been experiencing the same problem as some others, I think: when I insert audio tracks into an Engage tabbed presentation, I find that the volume is considerably Louder than the narration in the rest of the course. (I insert an Engage swf into an eLearning program on the ForceTen platform.) All audio is recorded at the same time by the same person, and therefore is a consistent volume level when we get it. Clients are not keen on the sudden change in volume... while learners can turn down the volume on the computer, it's a bit of a nuisance because they then have to adjust it again for the next screen. Is the only way of dealing with this to edit the audio track in Audacity or something similar, reducing the volume, and then re-importing the files into Engage? Or is there another workaround?
