Alumni soccer game this Sunday Alumni from the first Abington Girls Soccer team in 1983 through the Class of 2008 will be on the field returning to their Green Wave soccer roots! This year’s first annual alumni game is slated for this Sunday, October 5, at 1 p.m. at Reilly Field. Come on out and see how well they have faired over the years. The event, slated for Sunday, October 11, will be held at Bailey’s Garage at Orange and Washington Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. All proceeds will assist in future funding of the EAB Hockey program. Wahoos swim team The developmental swim team, the Wahoos, is open to all swimmers 7 to 16, who have reached American Red Cross swim level 5 or the equivalent. The head coach this year is Joe Smith, who has an extensive coaching history in Virginia, with the Cape Cod Swim Club, SCS Masters program and Sandwich High School.
