Associated Press CHANDLER, Okla. - An escapee from the Lincoln County jail is back in custody after walking into a convenience store in Chandler. Oklahoma Highway Patrol Lt. George Brown says Michael Washburn was arrested shortly before 10:00 a.m. Tuesday when a witness in the store recognized him and called police. A clerk in the store said Washburn tried to buy a bag of chips as troopers arrived and arrested him.
