This division is providing the necessary capacity and focus to deliver on the challenging and complex agenda for these services and responding to the demand for integrated and personalised health, social care and community housing services. Organisational and workforce development is critical to our success and with two thirds of the social care workforce coming from the independent sector, it is vital that these independent providers are fully included in this workforce planning and development.
