So, the computer that was infected is showing alot of bad signs. Let me list them all before I get started. -Extremely slow -missing start menu items (run, control panel, start, etc) -"[control panel, task bar, registry edit] has been disabled by Administrator" messages -pop ups encouraging me to buy "antivirus" product to clear the infection "worm.Win32.netbooster" -Internet completely disabled/hijacked. Its working, but the computer's blocked from it. -Clock displays a friendly VIRUS ALERT! along with military time. -background has been changed to advertise the program it's trying to sell me -safe mode gives me the blue screen of death, every time. -AVG said there had been changes to the boot sector, system32, kernel, and another dll or two. No viruses detected. -Ad Aware and Spybod detected and removed "Antispyware" and "virtumond" So here's the deal. I have no access to helpful sites on that computer, plus, I cant do anything in safe mode untill I figure out how to fix it. I know its smitfraud, and I've had something like this once before. So I need to prepare myself to remove it entirely. I know one of you guys is gonna come up and ask me for my Hijack this log. You're gonna get it here in a few days, but I have to put it on a jump drive and go to my Dad's house to install it, so. Okay, Many of you have seen the two journal entry's I had made on here about Davey Havok. And I honestly posted them in the intentions to show people how ridiculous their gossip was getting. My posts weren't supposed to be entertaining, or funny. I made the posts out of the seriousness that gossip ultimately harms. I must clarify what I truly intended. I made the posts trying to state that the gossip that is going around is utterly wrong and disrespectful to Davey, but apparently few people actually took my posts the wrong way. I never intended for people to get the wrong implication of my posts. My journal entry's were genuinely there trying to end the gossip, not start more. Apparently, it seems like the journals have caused more gossip, instead of seceding it. I apologize if anyone has taken my posts in the wrong way. I wasn't looking to entertain anyone, I was simply trying to inform people of how truly ridiculous the gossip is, and has gotten. I have just been browsing through buzznet (as we all like to do), and it has caught my attention that alot of you seem to believe that Davey Havok has a personal account on buzznet. This is bullshit!!! Your words of praise and love are reaching some dumb ass loser that has no life!! I repeat.. it is NOT Davey Havok!!!!!!!! Now I know that you may think that I am full of shit and have nothing better to do than write bullshit journals, but I have proof.. not physical, but logical... 1) Davey would never ever call himself "daveyhavokforreal"... it's pathetic! If you know a little bit about him then you will know that he doesn't give a fuck what anyone thinks, therefore he's not going to try and convince you that it's really him.
