Turns out Microsoft wasn't quite done with this week's Xbox Live Arcade update. Joining the previously revealed MLB Stickball today is From Software's action game Tenchu: Shadow Assault , along with Konami's rhythm game Beat'n Groovy (via Joystiq ). Tenchu: Shadow Assault is, of course, another entry in the long-running ninja stealth series that began on the original PlayStation. Shadow Assault for XBLA, though, takes a number of departures from previous Tenchu games -- rather than a third-person action/stealth title, Shadow Assault is a top-down game that focuses both on single-player challenges and four-player online party modes. Both modes depend heavily on setting traps to attack your opponents rather than facing them in battle head-on. The game will run you 800 Microsoft Points ($10). Beat'n Groovy, on the other hand, seems to be a console variation of Konami's Pop'n Music franchise in Japan. It seems like a mostly straight-forward rhythm game, although according to its official Xbox.com listing , it also features a "Vision Mode" where you play along doing motions in front of the Xbox Live Vision Camera, without using a controller. There's also a vs. mode playable through both local multiplayer or over Xbox Live. Beat'n Groovy will also run you 800 Microsoft Points ($10). ...
