Greensboro - A man was shot early Saturday after leaving a club in Greensboro. Michael Glover told police that he and two other people were leaving the Safari Club at 3513 Burlington Road when they were confronted by several people in the parking lot, according to a release from Greensboro police. Two of the men fired a gun at Glover and the people with him. Glover was struck with two or three bullets. Greensboro -- Two people were killed in unrelated wrecks early Saturday. Thomas G. Fahy, 47, was driving a 2003 Honda Accord on the off ramp from Bryan Boulevard east of Fleming Road when he lost control of the vehicle, according to police. The car struck a rock ditch and rolled several times before striking two trees in the woods. Fahy died at the scene. The wreck occurred about 3:21 a.m. read more ...
