Author: Barry Posted: Thu Apr 03, 2008 11:59 pm (GMT 0) Quote: NEVER EVER post an entire article on this site. That is a breach of copyright. As the site is now US hosted the site cannot be sued, but you PERSONALLY can be for breach of copyright. I've asked the mods to remove the article for legal reasons. To protect yourself from prosecution you should remove the article from your post. If you want people to read it, put a link in to it. BTW anyone who used the quote function that showed the post you posted that included the entire article should remove the article too as under international law they too would be guilty of a copyright violation for repeating copyright material. (BTW posters on sites like this DO get sued for copyright breaches. If a post simply summarises an article or uses isolated quotes with suitable identification that is OK. But cutting and pasting an entire article is a serious mistake legally. Dont ********* ********* shout at me in a condecending manner. _________________ www.irsm.org - www.irishsocialist.net - www.wsm.ie - www.eirigi.org - www.joancollins.ie www.workerspartyireland.net - www.communistpartyofireland.ie - www.socialistparty.net - www.swp.ie ...
