The Wall Street Journal 's Elizabeth Holmes reports on John McCain's rally in Virginia Beach today: John McCain delivered a somber speech at a large rally here today, at once seemingly describing both the state of the economy and the state of the race. “We have to act immediately. We have to change direction now. And we have to fight,” he said, then veering off script to add: “I know how to do that.” Joined by running mate Sarah Palin, the Republican nominee vowed to spend the last three weeks of the general election campaign fighting his way back. “I’ve been fighting for this country since I was seventeen years old, and I have the scars to prove it. If you elect me president, I will fight to take America in a new direction from my first day in office until my last,” he said to applause. “I’m not afraid of the fight, I’m ready for it.” ... McCain said some version of the word “fight” at least 19 times. He ended with the same battle cry he used in his nomination speech at the Republican National Convention last month, as well as his speech at the 2004 GOP convention. “Don’t give up hope. Be strong. Those brushstroke heavy Street Fighter IV trailers are going to get turned into an anime that will fill in the gaps between Street Fighter II and its spiritual sequel Street Fighter IV . Producer Yoshinori Ono stated at TGS that the new animated feature will run between 50 and 60 minutes and hopes to tie the flick with the game's home console release. The company that churned out the original clips, Studio 4C, is working on the full-length version. The three minute trailer shown at TGS showed Cammy making her way through a wooded ares with some troops, Ryu discovering his dark side, Sakura and Chun-Li battling goons, and Ryu and Crimson Viper fighting.
