Sarnia Bayfest Concert #2 - Fergie... and I took the kid. My dd really likes Fergie (especially the songs Big Girls Don't Cry and Fergalicious) so when I saw that Fergie was one of the acts this year I immediately decided to take the kid. I knew L didn't want to go to this concert so I bought the ticket off of her -- Thanks L. The kid really enjoyed it .... BUT she has decided that general admission concerts are not her thing. Apparently she likes to sit and be able to take pictures: two things she wasn't able to do. :) Cameras were allowed at this concert and the kid brought her camera BUT she couldn't get a good shot because she was too short and other people were getting in the way.. Soooooo, we moved back -- then the settings on her camera didn't allow her to take great photos (the lights were messing up the focus, etc) so, she was out of luck. I took some photos for her instead. Here are three of my favourite (our favourite) photos -- one with each costume she wore. It was a good concert -- She played her more known songs as well as a few covers. I especially liked her version of Barracuda -- Much better than Gretchen Wilson's cover I saw last March. Glad we went.... Thanks for meeting us at the concert M! Always love going to concerts with you -- even if it's not Jon. I;m going to skip Motley Crew tomorrow -- Anyone want a ticket?? Black Crowes are Friday and then Rascal Flatts are on Saturday..... Yep -- two more concerts to go! ...
