So Saturday was our agents day in Ottawa. Our guest speakers were Rebecca Sherman and Kendra Marcus both are fantastic agents and had very informative things to say. Kendra spoke first on what  agents do and then Rebecca spoke on how to land an agent. I'm not going to repeat any of their talks  because they may wish to use them again or something. One of the many things that struck me was that Rebecca did say she has never just took on a client because they already had an offer on the table. I think, or at least I hope most good agents, are like this, but still, I found it refreshing to hear. I'd definitely recommend either of these agents if you're looking for conference speakers. Both were very friendly and easy going. ...
