Nicola Rescigno, 92, cofounder of the Dallas Opera, has died in Italy. Mr. Rescigno died Monday at the Belcolle hospital in Viterbo, about 50 miles north of Rome, Dr. Corrado Ricci said. He said Mr. Rescigno had been admitted July 30 with a broken leg after a fall and died of complications following heart failure and breathing problems. Mr. Rescigno and Lawrence V.
