DU Correspondent Dhaka University Authority cancelled residentship of 29 M Phil Students from Nawab Foyzunnessa Chowdhurani Hostel due to their irregularities in research and payment of the hostel dues. The decision was taken at a Syndicate meeting on Friday night. Hearing the news, Students of the female dormitory staged a sit-in in front of Rokeya Hall and later they demonstrated at Aparajeyo Bangla demanding cancellation of the decision. DU Correspondent The percentage of pass in this year's Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations under nine education boards of the country has crossed all the previous years' records. 72.18 per cent examinees have come out successful with 52,500 Students receiving Grade Point Average (GPA)-5.
