We'll donate up to $1 million to help organizations provide Relief." Many thanks to Google, and by linking up with UNICEF, which has a presence in Myanmar, I'm sure that they'll do their best for the aid to reach into the hands of those who need them the most. (Despite what some news sistes are saying, "Google.com" is NOT banned in Myanmar. It's only Gmail that is banned.) One of my online friend, Ko NLS, also wrote in his blog that he will be going to Laputta (a city in the Ayewaddy delta) and donate to the people there personally. At least, there are people out there doing their best. Soon... I will be a part of this effort too. I know that there are news reports saying that the aids are not reaching the desired destination and ending up in markets, but I would hate to see the aids stopping because of this.
