The Cheese Cottage Right before the big “to do” of the Chicago Gourmet extravaganza, I took a field trip up to Wisconsin on business. We had lunch in what I call a house restaurant. It was a house and they re-configured it to serve food. It was off the beaten path, near Monroe Wisconsin. Our heavily [...] ... Source: www.sparkplugging.com --- 6 days ago

This recipe is so simple that I pretty much just wrapped it up in the title. That's it, and goodnight. Don't forget to turn off the lights on your way out. Okay, hang on...we're in this together. Like the weird guy who wore striped tights at the gym used to yell, "LET'S DO THIS!!!" This recipe is a favourite for us here at the ModernGear TV household - we have it on the weekend for breakfast or brunch, and love it each and every time. Plus, it's pretty good for you. Eating healthy has never tasted better... What I love the most, though, is that the simple recipe is a dish that my husband's Mom used to make for him, then he made it for me, and now I make it for us. They're from Poland, so I think I'm going to spice up the name of this little dish. Don't mind me taking artistic liberties...chefs can do that. Just look at Rachael Ray and her "E-V-O-O"...even though every time she says that I want to fill my ears with sand. I shan't say any more on the subject. This recipe has measurements of "a bunch" and such, so if you're someone who really must use specific measurements then, hmmm. I dunno, live a little. It's really easily tailored for however much you want. POLISH Cottage Cheese WITH RADISHES AND CHIVES INGREDIENTS a bunch (a head?) of radishes - I had 13 in this morning's bunch a bunch of chives Cottage Cheese - 1 1/2lb or so... salt and pepper to taste BREAD! DIRECTIONS 1. Wash and chop radishes. They don't have to be tiny or fine ... Source: www.goodbadjuicy.com --- 31 days ago

In India, Cottage Cheese is the perfect alternative for vegetarians! Paneer (the name it is known by in India), is often homemade in big blocks (not runny as in the rest of the world) and then cut into cubes or slices. Its delicate milky flavor easily absorbs and adapts to the flavors of other ingredients used in a dish with it. As a result, it is very versatile. Here are a few of my favorite Paneer recipes. Enjoy! ... Source: www.huffingtonpost.com --- 7 days ago
PHILADELPHIA -- Spending Saturday with the famous Bikram Choudhury, founder of Bikram's Yoga College of India , I was not expecting a quiet "ommmm" incense filled seminar. No. Being familiar with the method, I was vaguely prepared for his tough love, truth telling yoga teaching -- "punch in the head enlightenment" practice. The well known "torture chamber yoga," that has over 1700 certified schools worldwide and is a known enemy of Cottage Cheese thighs, flabby stomachs, high blood pressure, and many other human ailments including neurological ticks, depression and "bad backs" is on the rise. His yogic series has been approved by the American Medical Association, and of course his is not the only method that works, but unless you're an idiot, you start to understand that this Hatha Yoga (means physical practice), when done properly, can integrate your body, mind and spirit. Earlier in the lecture he explained, yes, the meaning of life: Truth. "The life journey first needs a good foundation. Parent's love and compassion destroy children's lives." Why? Because they can't/don't always tell their children the truth. The culture of India, where one finds a guru (teacher) early in life, is exposed to that guru's teaching: The truth, even when it hurts. Bikram told us of the time he told an assemblage of American Medical Association doctors that "you guys are nothing but licensed drug dealers. You prescribe pills to people even though yo ... I'm wondering if anyone here has any knowledge or suggestions about how to bring a cat out of diabetes. Last year in August my 15-year-old cat was diagnosed with diabetes. I read a ton of information about it and was determined to not have to put her on insulin. I changed her diet to all canned food, the main recommendation, along with some small amounts of Cheese, fish, and egg. There are specific recommendations for what types of canned food are allowed, because there is not supposed to be any wheat gluten, rice, or other filler. By October, I made the decision to start her on insulin because although there was significant improvement in her behavior, there was no improvement in her blood sugar readings. The vet put her on 1 unit of insulin twice a day. Her blood sugar still runs higher than normal. There was improvement for awhile, but it dissipated. I've got her up to 3 units of insulin twice a day now before seeing some improvement. This has made her electrolytes a bit off. I had to put her on a potassium supplement, and she's getting Cottage Cheese for a calcium supplement. This week the clinic ran out of the potassium supplement and I was all out. The vet told me to feed her some banana. I said I had assumed banana was bad for her because it's all starch (sugar). Now with feeding her banana for potassium and Cottage Cheese for calcium, more natural solutions than supplements, I'm back to wondering what, if anything, I can possib ...
