After the disappointing reaction from fans over the lack of both Frog Brothers and Coreys Involvement in the direct to DVD Lost Boys Sequel, it seems Warners might have learned a lesson and give it another go. Moviehole has spoken to someone involved with the production since its DVD debut last week and word is that there will definitely be more Sam and Alan in “Lost Boys 3” That’s right - Corey Feldman, Corey Haim and Jamison Newlander will be the stars of the next chapter! The finale of “Lost Boys: The Tribe” sets the next film up, signaling a possible Corey vs. Corey outing next time around, and according to Moviehole, that’s indeed what we’re going to get. Jamison Newlander will be back as Alan Frog - and not just for a deleted ending on the disc. So what do you think? Did you see Lost Boys: The Tribe? Sure, Olympic finals are fun and all -- especially if you're a Jamaican runner -- but Sunday night was also the finale for the second season of "The Two Coreys," so let's set our priorities in order! The miracle of the second season of "The Two Coreys" was mostly there was one at all. The novelty of seeing grown up Corey Feldman and Corey Haim together again as angst ridden adults was pretty much depeted midway through the first season. For a second season the ante would have to be upped and it was considerably in an opening episode where the two former best friends traded venom, stories about when they were molested while they were boy movie stars, and eventually a fraternal battle that landed them in a therapists' office. Otherwise, how would they ever get "Lost Boys II: The Tribe," a sequel to their 1987 grand opus "The Lost Boys" completed and shipped straight to DVD? (Another potential group of customers for shrinks: anybody actually awaiting "Lost Boys II: The Tribe"). Well, I have to admit I didn't watch every episode of "The Two Coreys" this season, but I was thinking about it. Enough to tape the 2 a.m. overnight rerun and watch it while ironing this morning. The two are still at odds, the film is no longer being spoken of (it's just out on DVD btw), and there's been an even bigger battle between the two that also involved Feldman's wife Susie (whom he married, you may remember, during the first season of "The Surreal Lif ... Thursday, we learned that Jerry Seinfeld, one of the funniest men on the planet, will be the new spokesman in an ad campaign for Microsoft's Vista operating system. Can Seinfeld steal some of the marketing thunder from Apple's hipster Macintosh dude and the poor, shlubby Windows fella who clearly needs to get his suit tailored? Well, as our readers have noted , there's a bit of irony to this, since many of us recall that Seinfeld was always using a Mac on his '90s sitcom. That got us thinking: Should Microsoft hire someone not so clearly playing both sides of the fence? Thankfully, our readers had some terrific ideas. "Anyone from The Office would be more relevant to my internets," one reader said in pondering who the next Vista spokesman should be. · Mercifully, the second season of The Two Coreys came to a close this weekend. The Haimster spent all season trying to convince Felddog, his therapist, Nelle, the show's producers and everyone watching the show that he didn't have a drug problem. While it may be true that his addiction to the hard stuff is in the past, the one-car accident that he got into in the season finale certainly shows that prescription drugs still play a significant role in his life.
