GOING WILD AT ETV Just in time for the start of hunting season in South Carolina, ETV debuts “Fish, Fowl & Fixin’s: Recipes from Arkansas Outdoors.” The show will air at 9:30 a.m. Saturday with a rebroadcast at 11:30 a.m. It also will air at 2 p.m. Sept. 6. This program has been a staple of public television in Arkansas since 1993. It features host John Philpot and the culinary skills of Phyllis Speer of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. To date, Speer has prepared more than 130 recipes on air. In this special, she prepares complete meals using wild game and fish.
