Immunolocalization with specific antiserum showed that native Ac-TMP-2 was located in adult worm's esophagus and cephalic glands. Recombinant Ac-TMP-2 expressed in bacteria was highly immunogenic and recognized by ir-L3 immunized dog immune sera. © sico_activa I was always afraid of street Dogs. Apparently as a little girl I loved all canines. So to keep me from petting and kissing on scruffy mutts, I was told that street Dogs were aggressive and had rabies. Consequently, I would often cross the street or change my route entirely just to avoid crossing a stray dog's path. Imagine my surprise when on my latest visit to Mexico City last week, I found myself walking in front of, behind, and once even side by side with the neighborhood canine rovers. I had no idea that fear has disappeared. Now I just feel sad for them. I mean, you can tell the locals keep them fed, but it's got to get lonely. And the rain season can't be any fun for them.
