TULSA -- A Tulsa County District Court judge ruled today against a Church that has waged a two-year battle with the Presbyterian Church USA over Church Property. Leaders with the Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church in south central Tulsa said they intend to appeal the matter to the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
