It is peculiar how little changes over time. In XIX century when Russian were advancing on the Caucasus, they used the same tactics of collective responsibility. It worked to certain extent. What amazes me is that they are still used in XXI century. The article is good, except, I would have started it with this passage: “If [...] ... Source: www.nytimes.com --- 13 hours ago

Photo: victims of earthquake in Chechnya Just another propaganda show by the name of "elections" started on Sunday in the occupied territory of the Province of Nokhchicho (Ichkeria/Chechnya) of the Caucasus Emirate. Current activities of infidels and apostates came as a repetition of all their past so-called "elections" which are regularly being organized by Moscow and its local puppets. People are ignoring the propagandistic shows as apostates are diligently drawing transcendental numbers of "votes". The ringleader of the apostates himself without ceremonies told journalists about it in Hosi-Yurt on Sunday: "I'm sure that the citizens of Chechnya will fulfill their obligation as citizens and will come to vote today as in previous years.... The turnout will be no less than 100 percent, and maybe more." The so-called "Central Election Commission" echoed the words of its ringleader. Thus, "the turnout of above 100 percent" can be justly considered as an important contribution of the Chechen apostates to the development of the sovereign Russian democracy. Meanwhile, sources present at the ballot sites reported an all-time low "turnout" of voters. The streets of towns and villages in Chechnya are empty. Many chose to attend funerals of the relatives and friends who died as a result of the earthquake which occured the day before instead of attending this show prepared by invaders. Such an open disregard of the puppet "electi ... Source: www.rferl.org --- 1 day ago
