A man robbed an armored car outside a Monroe, Washington Bank and used a dozen unwitting accomplices to act as decoys during his getaway. He hired the accomplices on Craigslist and instructed them to wear very specific clothing. He said he inquired and was e-mailed back with instructions to meet near the Bank of America in Monroe at 11 a.m. Tuesday. He also was told to wear certain work clothing. "Yellow vest, safety goggles, a respirator mask… and, if possible, a blue shirt," he said. TEMPLE TERRACE -- Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man who robbed a Temple Terrace Bank on Wednesday afternoon. The suspect (pictured above) entered the Pilot Bank of America branch, 5140 E Fowler Ave., just before 3 p.m. and handed a teller a note demanding money, according to the Temple Terrace Police Department. Bank officials called 911, and the man fled without any money. Police said no one saw a weapon or was injured. The suspect is described as a black male, about 20 to 25 years old, 120 to 130 pounds with an average build and full beard.
