Forum: Autodesk 3ds max Posted By: renzo83 Post Time: 09-06-2008 at 04:04 AM Text: Hi all, I've got a question. Im currently working on a shot where we are camera mapping the shot of a house. The camera was matched perfectly and projected into the geometry. But i want to be able to use the render to texture option to "bake" the texture into a flat UV layout for use in Photoshop where we can paint in the missing details. Is there a way to do this? I tried using the render to texture option with the diffuse map selected since the camera map per pixel was applied to the diffuse map. But when the render to texture is done, it does not seem right.....am i doing something wrong? Is there a particular workflow to be able to bake the camera map to texture? Thanks!! ...

Five months of living and working in Vermont cooked up a new career for Chris’s Gourmet Treats owner Chris Moniz. At the four-star restaurant where Moniz worked in Vermont, all the food was made from scratch. It was in Vermont that he started Baking. “I learned it all in that amount of time,” he said. Little did he know that his practice Baking would lead to his starting his own business. Moniz left home for Vermont right after Halloween. He cooked during the day and tended bar at night in the bar attached to the restaurant. When his time out of state ended and he returned home to Plymouth in March, he impressed his family with what he could do in the kitchen. His mother, Patience Taylor, suggested that he start thinking about Baking for paying customers. At the end of June he started Chris’s Gourmet Treats. Moniz, a 2004 graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Kingston, bakes out of the licensed residential kitchen at his mother’s home in Cedarville. They share the work evenly. He said he couldn’t do all he does without her help. Her financial experience as a stockbroker been very helpful on the business end. “With her help, I get a lot of work done,” he said. “It’s great working with my mom.” They also split duties selling bread and other baked goods Saturdays at the Plymouth and Hingham farmers’ markets. If Moniz is in Plymouth, Taylor is in Hingham. They also sell at farmers’ markets Thursdays in Cohasset and Tuesdays in Sandwi ...
