I saw these at wal-mart about a month ago and decided to try em..... WOW I FREAKIN LOVE THESE THINGS!!!! They're roasted Almonds in a vanilla bean flavor made by blue diamond. The little canister is extremely convenient for on the go and measuring purposes... there's a measuring tab on the side that makes it super easy to tell how many are in each serving size. I would say they help you control how many you eat... but hot damn- some days I can't help myself and eat a few handfuls of em. Compared to a lot of snack foods out there these little suckers are pretty filling and healthy for ya... In moderation ofcourse :) I keep a can at work, home, and even stick one in my purse if I'm on the run and might want a snack. I've even stuck them under my solo seat on my motorcycle to snack on when riding! :D just thought I'd pass along something you might like!
