I have a user who just bought a Windows Mobile 6 phone and we have ActiveSync up and running on his desktop. ActiveSync works when he's plugged into the desktop via USB but using his 3G connection, he doesn't synch. He DOES receive email remotely but no contacts, no calendar, no tasks, and his Outlook folders aren't replicated (Sent Items). On his phone, when you run ActiveSync, at conclusion, it shows decktop synched but not if 3G connected. His father (who owns the company) also has the same phone and it works perfectly.
