(Telecompaper) Orange has been awarded the third mobile operator licence (GSM and 3G) in ARMENIA. This comes after Orange's submission of a formal bid of EUR 51.5 million on 6 October. Commercial activities will be launched in the coming months following the formal attribution of the licence and frequencies by the Armenian regulatory authorities, Orange said in a statement.
