As reported by the Associated Press (AP), Judge Steven Barrett ruled Wednesday in favor of Officer Richard Haste who was accused of killing 18-year-old Ramarley Graham at his home during a police operation. Graham was reportedly unarmed when he was shot at close range after being chased into his family’s apartment in the Bronx.
