Morning all, So here we are, last day of the season – a season which has been very mixed. Some moments of brilliant football, albeit those moments mostly came against clubs who were either placed below us in the league or had been reduced to ten men. We played a good half against both Manchester clubs, City away when really we should have battered them but came away with just a point and then United at The Emirates. In that game we played some of our best football of the season in my opinion, we clearly wanted to beat them, we should have beaten them, only an error gifted them a penalty which in turn, gifted them a point… Had we played all season, we wouldn’t be where we are today, hoping and praying that the players can hold their nerve for one more game and get three points at St James Park. Wenger thinks needing the victory is a good thing: Sometimes you think it would be nice to play without pressure but, after, you think let’s get it back because it’s so boring. It would be worse to go to Newcastle with nothing at stake for us. We have what we wanted. Let’s do the job. I really don’t get that at all. I’d love us to be going to St James Park with the PL trophy in the bag, 2nd, 3rd or even 4th spot already secure and have nothing to play for. I’d love for us fans to be either present in the stands or watching on a screen somewhere, to able to do so without so much stress, anxiety and praying we can finish above the neighbours ...

Blackanthem Military News CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - More than 100 reservists and 50 active duty Marines and sailors with Retrograde and Redeployment in support of Reset and Reconstitution Operations Group, or R4OG, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, embarked on a deployment to Afghanistan here, May 16. “(R4OG) has been training since January,” said Lt. Col. Craig C. Clemans, the commanding officer of 2nd Maintenance Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 25, 2nd Marine Logistics Group. “They’ve got to prepare that gear for the next fight – wherever the nation calls (the Marine Corps) to next.” The mission of R4OG is to organize, repair and bring the Marine Corps’ weapons, vehicles and other equipment back to the United States from Afghanistan. Once the equipment is fully operational and in the United States, R4OG will redistribute it according to the Marine Corps’ needs. “I’m ready to hurry up and go,” said Lance Cpl. Kenneth M. Riggot III, a supply administration operations clerk with R4OG. “I’m in this for the learning experience. Season of Disbelief & Hail and farewell Season of Disbelief An old widow, isolated and alone, becomes the focus of attention of two little girls who refuse to believe the old lady was ever young. When the old lady presents proof of her story, the girls not only refuse to accept the truth, they take her stuff. I think this was supposed to about accepting who you are but it felt more like being broken on the wheel of social conventions, especially the bit where the old lady is stripped of her given name.
