Fake Rumors For The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim DLC Update Release

Source: www.insidermediagroup.com --- Wednesday, May 22, 2013
There has been a lot of reports and speculations a few weeks ago for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim next DLC. While some news might be nice, the problem is that in some peoples minds, ‘might’ quickly becomes ‘will definitely’. Hype of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim DLC rumors Look at what happened with Dragonborn. They released the trailer, made no mention of Dragon riding at all, and various people and the gaming media managed to hype that into ‘We will get our our Dragon to tame and free roam fly with’ People ended up disappointed and blamed Bethesda for hype they had no part in whipping up. In any case, we’d prefer they focused on actually working rather than drip feeding us so many little details that in the end it just becomes a chore to play because there are no surprises left. The less you know, the more you enjoy it. Some of these games that are coming out soon are constantly in the news, so by the time you actually get the game you know half of what is going to happen. Too much hype leads to disappointment.
Skyrim DLC Release For The Imperial or Stormcloak

Source: www.insidermediagroup.com --- Monday, May 20, 2013
Depending on the faction you join in the civil war, or in the continuation of the war between the Empire and the Stormcloaks, you will be given either a war horn, or a war trumpet that will allow you to call on support from your faction. If you sound the call with the horn or trumpet in imperial or stormcloak controlled territory, a squad of supportive infantry will eventually show up to assist you in combat for a time. Horn of Skyrim, Trumpet of the Legion Skyrim DLC It would be nice if this feature included a horn or trumpet blowing animation that could be performed while on the move, however, it could realistically just be activated like a regular power, selected in the “powers” menu and activated with the thu’um or power button. So long as your trumpet or horn is in your inventory, (or equipped) you will be able to use the power and obviously you will hear the sound of a trumpet or horn being blown. Perhaps this could be used for only a limited time, once a day or after a number of hours, so as to avoid it being spammable, and ideally the effect would give the player the impression that they actually have the legion or stormcloaks at their back. Furthermore, using a Stormcloak horn might also trigger the intervention of a hostile group of Imperial legionaries. But, this basic idea could be used in different ways. Blowing your horn in imperial territory may result in legionnaires mustering to “put down the resistance” and vice ...
