Closing Internet Explorer to complete installation of Flash Player

While trying to install Flash Player (for the 5th time) it continues to tell me to close Internet Explorer and hit retry. I do and it continues to tell me to close IE I only know of one way to close it and thats to "X" off. ...

I don't know if others have been experiencing this, but very often in this forum (and also on others), when I click on the IE10 (or IE9) "Back" button, nothing seems to happen, and when I right-click on it, it shows the history filled with multiple visits to www.googleads.g.doubleclick.net . I found a fix for this in the following: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/...4-d1fd42462d57 Essentially, you just click on Tools | Internet Options | Security | Restricted Sites, and just add the annoying website to the list. I keep getting from time to time a message to say that IE has stopped working and is closing then reopens the same tab that it has just shut down.
