The couple has a three-month-old daughter together- Rainbow. So far Madison has not commented on Rotella’s potential arrest. What do you do if your partner is in trouble with the law? Cupid’s Advice: The law is not something to mess with, so treading lightly when your other half is in trouble is important. Cupid has some advice: 1. Look at the big picture: Your reaction to potential jail time will depend on the severity crime. For charges such as Rotella’s it’s clear that Madison and her daughter are not in imminent danger as Rotella’s crime is not of the violent nature. 2. Support them: Facing jail time is obviously a scary notion. Sometimes just being there for your partner is the best gift you can give them. Let them know that you’re in it for the long haul so the state of your relationship doesn’t add additional stressors to the mix. 3. Less than 24 hours after Holly Madison announced her plans to wed fiance Pasquale Rotella in August, Rotella was reportedly in court, and he could be facing 13 years in prison for bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy and conflict of interest. According to Radar Online , Rotella, who owns Insomniac Events, is accused of using more than $2.5 in funds from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum to pay off city officials. Rotella, along with five others from his company, were indicted, and he is now out on $1.8 million bail. But Rotella’s attorney claims the allegations are completely false, telling the site: “All transactions between Insomniac and the Coliseum were transparent and approved by the Coliseum General Manager, his staff, and the attorneys representing the Coliseum. Any charges against Mr. Rotella are clearly politically motivated and publicity driven.” If convicted, Pasquale Rotella could serve over 13 years in prison. Though she just announced on Sunday that she's chosen a date to wed her baby's father Pasquale Rotella, some bad news may put a damper on Holly Madison's wedding planning. On Monday, the CEO of Insomniac Events appeared before a judge as he faced charges of bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy, and conflict of interest. A pretrial conference with the Los Angeles District Attorney was held in which it was alleged that the event planner paid off city officials with $2.5 million in funds from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, where he hosted parties. If convicted, Rotella could spend up to 13 years in prison. Though he's out on bail, the next court date is scheduled on July 29th, a little over two weeks before he plans to meet Holly down the aisle. According to Rotella's attorney Gary Jay Kaufman, "Any allegations of wrongdoing on the part of Mr. Rotella by the District Attorney’s office are completely baseless and flat-out wrong, both on the law and on the facts.
