Brown May 18, 2013 Now that the low-information/low-knowledge segment of the country is waking up to what conservatives have been pointing out since Barack Obama was first sanctified by the left, we are being treated to the spectacle of a liberal Epiphany. How, they ask themselves, could this have happened? How could they have been suckered so completely? After all, liberals/progressives tell us all the time, they are a superior manifestation of the species. (Excerpt) Read more: Articles: A Liberal/Progressive Epiphany IMHO, mature logical people see through the false tenets of the elitist Progressives. Those that do not are condemned to the enslavement of the Left. I felt guilty for the way it ended even though he did A LOT of hurtful things, ie. cheating, lying, etc. A couple days ago decided to give it another try and was pretty much treated earlier today like he couldn't care less if I were in his life or not and at first I was very upset and feeling very stupid for trying to make amends and trying to bend over backwards to make it work. I don't know where it came from but around one tonight I decided that even though I loved him, us not being together was right for ME and I sent him a text pretty much telling him that. Wasn't long, wasn't mean. Just that I hadn't been happy in our relationship for a long time and that us talking for the past couple of days was probably a mistake. It's more than he has ever given me. Normally I find out we are broken up after he's ignored me for a couple of days. I didn't expect a response as the way he had been acting and knowing how he acts when he is done with me showed that once again he didn't want it to work. I did however get a text and this is the moment that cemented in me that I was absolutely, 100% making the right decision. Word for word his response was "f you, f you, u dirty f-ing skank". I have not once cheated or lied to him in the three years we have been together, nor have I even behaved in a way that would make anyone think that I am like that and he knows this. Following that text was "please talk to me", "I know ur u ...

Think about it: your daily snacks should by and large be as nutritionally worthy as your meals. Treats are just that -- something special. So not an 8 pm calculation of [remaining points for the day divided by chocolate] as I'm prone to do...
Sexual Epiphany

Source: camillecrimson.com --- Monday, May 13, 2013
This piece from Good Men Project really piqued my attention, so I figured I’d share and see if you felt the same way. The idea is that, while a lot of relationships end up lacking in sexual passion, it’s not exclusively the fault of the person who is seen as holding back or withholding sex. In fact, it’s not just about relationships, really. It’s just a shift of consciousness where the sexuality is in our hands, regardless of anyone else. Steve Horsmon (the author) said it best: The sexual Epiphany I am talking about is the point in a man’s life when thinking, wondering, and worrying changes into leading, romancing and enjoying. This Epiphany does not just happen with age. It must be earned. It is simple but not easy. If it were easy, every guy would be doing it and would be happy with his sex life. Regardless of whether it’s a man or a woman having this Epiphany, I think it’s pretty important, and even outside of sex. It’s the realization that no one else is responsible for your happiness if you’re not willing to be an active participant too. You create your own magnetism by being genuinely excited about life, about yourself and about your partner. I think it’s a pretty lovely way to live. What do you think? Do you think this all sounds to simple, or are there nuggets of truth in there? Read the rest of the article and let me know! ...
