MADRID (MarketWatch) -- Bristol Myers Squibb Co. was upgraded to buy from neutral by analysts at Citi in a note that published May 22. Citi also lifted its price target to $55 from $33 and increased its 2017 earnings per share forecast by 31%, which is 27% above consensus. "Active immunotherapy will become the backbone of at least 60% of cancer indications over the next ten years, we believe," and BMY's "very broad checkpoint agent positioned to capture a very significant share of an emergent $24 billion checkpoint agent market," analysts said. BMY's current phase III program is "only the tip of the iceberg," they noted. The analysts said peak immunotheraphy revenues for BMY's portfolio will likely exceed $10 billion by 2022. NYC: Official Citi Bike Mobile App Now Available

The official Citi Bike mobile application is now available to download. The app provides a map of station locations and real-time updates about bicycle and dock availability, as well as turn-by-turn directions, riding tips, and a timer to help Citi Bike users avoid charges for exceeding the limits per trip. The app also allows users to locate nearby bike shops and, of course, Citibank branches; this summer, restaurant and event recommendations will be added. Currently, all stations on the application’s map — which includes a layer showing bike lanes — are colored gray and listed as “inactive” until the system launches on Monday. Some stations locations also have yet to appear on the map. DOT said in a statement that the map will be “continuously updated in the coming days.” The app, developed by Publicis Kaplan Thaler, is available for Android and iOS . A third-party Citi Bike application called “New York City Bike” has been available since earlier this month. New York won’t have the same app — Spotcycle – used for bike-share systems in Washington and Boston. In a note, Citi advises clients to keep buying USDJPY (on the dips) meaning, keep selling the yen against the dollar. Here's the commentary from Valentin Marinov and Osamu Takashima, which notes key events coming up from the Fed and the Bank of Japan on Wednesday: JPY strengthened across the board following comments by Japan’s economics minister Akira Amari yesterday that further yen depreciation could hurt Japanese consumers. The remarks highlighted the key risk to the latest yen selloff – the concern that excessive currency weakness could erode real consumption in Japan and force BoJ to reconsider the speed of its balance sheet expansion. The recent increase in JGB yields also seemed consistent with market fears that the BoJ could taper its asset purchases if (imported) inflation stages an early return. We expect the yen weakness to resume ahead of the BoJ meeting on Wednesday . Investors will pay particular attention to Kuroda’s press conference looking for indications about the future policy outlook from here. We think that Governor Kuroda will stick with his goal of achieving 2% annualized inflation in two years. In addition, he could signal willingness to counter excessive moves in the bond yields by adjusting the size and frequency of its asset purchases. In case you missed it, Mets C prospect Travis d’Arnaud was told by team doctors that he will need to continue wearing a protective boot on his broken toe for another two weeks, ESPN New York reported this past weekend. Matthew Cerrone, MetsBlog.com: The word around the team is to not expect d’Arnaud in Citi Field until after the All Star break, which is probably about the time he would have been promoted anyway (with or without this current injury). He needs to get the boot off, then rehab in St. Lucie, then return to Triple-A. It’s going to be at least four to six weeks before he gets to Vegas, assuming everything goes well. Similarly, I no longer believe John Buck will be traded. It seems to me the coaching staff and front office think he’s worth more in leadership to this roster than he is in trade on the open market. In fact, if d’Arnaud comes up and hits, and if Harvey and Zack Wheeler pitch well, I actually think it increases the chances Buck is offered a one-year contract this winter to return as a back-up in 2014. ...
