Source: www.essentialbaby.com.au --- Monday, June 17, 2013
Hi Let me introduce myself. This may contain TMI so sorry in advance. I'm 31 and me and DH of 10yrs are try to TTC our 1st. I came off the pill 3 months ago after being on it for 11 years. 4 years ago I suffered a heart attack and results found 2 clots in my heart and half a blocked artery. Then 3 months ago when we decided to TTC and I suffered a Blood clot in my right arm which required surgery to remove. I'm currently taking Warfarin, Asprin, Folic acid, ramipril, and Metoprolol My Blood specialist advised me that it shouldn't be a problem and that i would have to stop warfarin and ramipril and start clexane injections when I fall pregnant. My OB is happy for me to TTC but I will be High Risk. Thanks for listening ...
