Anyone having a problem downloading the update (407E) on their H20 receiver? The error times out and I can't bypass the download at all. No buttons work on the remote. I have called Directv and they seem to be stumped as well. I have tried all the usual steps. Unplugged sat cable, power cord, reseated card. They seem to think it is not the receiver. My signal strength has been checked and is great on the transponder channels that they use to send the downloads. My other receivers seem to be ok at this point. Thanks in advance ...
