Help! After I downloaded and installed Service PAck 3 for XP, the address bar I have kept on my taskbar for the past 10 years was missing. When I went to replace it, I found there was no longer any address bar option on the context menu for the taskbar. Can some know-it-all please explain how I can put my beloved address bar back on my taskbar so I can once again use it to go directly to the Internet site I want to view? ...
