Anaheim police Chief John Welter and three officers rescued two of three window washers after their scaffolding gave way Monday, authorities said. Firefighters rescued the third worker, who was dangling some 125 feet above the ground. The emergency at the 11-story office building in the 300 block of South Harbor Boulevard was reported about 6:30 a.m., Anaheim Fire Marshal Jeff Lutz said.
