The questions raised in The Leaf-Chronicle's editorial titled, "Who will sell the wheel tax?" are valid and important questions [Opinions, July 23]. However, the title of the editorial is a misnomer. The goal is not to "sell" the wheel tax to the public. The facts and figures regarding the need for a wheel tax increase are powerful and persuasive. ...
