Green Mountain Energy Company/Austin, TX (Downtown Austin) Position Summary: The Marketing Communications Specialist - Web Designer will develop and execute a range of marketing media, with a focus on web and email, to achieve company goals and strategies. This position will be responsible for maintenance of compelling corporate websites and the support of Green Mountain's sales and retention teams with planning, implementation and analysis of online marketing campaigns. Duties: Responsibilities include supporting sales and regional strategic plans for marketing communications primarily via web and e-mail media. S/he will also be called upon to manage and execute projects in other media as required. Primary activities involve planning, budgeting, designing, and managing online projects (website development and e-mail campaigns) with a focus on usability, excellent design, and quality programming. This position involves hands-on coding, implementation and quality assurance of projects.
