The Nature Conservancy/Arlington, VA (Washington DC Metro Area) The Web Content Producer is responsible for the implementation, production, launch and reporting for a number of web-based projects and campaigns, all with an eye towards increasing engagement and donations among our online members. Responsibilities include: 1. Updating, creating and maintaining Membership related web pages, including personalization elements and other best practices to drive the most engagement possible. 2. Creating new donation forms, reporting donation form issues, quickly investigating form problems or errors with vendor, and working with the Member Care team to respond to online giving issues raised by current and future online donors. 3. Implementing performance tracking to help assess and guide Membership efforts online. This includes providing key stakeholders with email delivery reports, online fundraising statistics, web page content performance metrics and results from A/B testing initiatives. 4. Constructing and sending flawless email messages to the right audience at the right time, and refining processes in order to streamline our email efforts. The position requires basic design skills to successfully execute its job responsibilities. These include manipulating template graphics for email messages and donation forms, as well as elementary web page design.
